How bot development works
You message us on Telegram and describe the task in your own words — no formal spec required. We ask clarifying questions, propose the bot flow and architecture, and give you a deadline and a price. The price is fixed before we start, and the deal can go through an escrow bot: we get paid only after you accept the work.
During development we show interim builds, so you can try the bot long before release. At launch we deploy it to your server, connect a domain for the Mini App and webhooks, and hand over all access and the source code. After launch we stay in touch and take on improvements.
Stack and security
We write bots in Python (aiogram) or TypeScript, and Mini Apps in TypeScript with the official Telegram SDK. Data lives in PostgreSQL, queues and cache in Redis. Mini App user data is verified on the server against the Telegram signature, and the bot token never ends up in front-end code, so requests can't be forged and the bot can't be hijacked.

How much does a Telegram bot cost?
It depends on the features: a simple menu bot costs a fraction of a shop with payments and an admin panel. Describe your task and we will estimate it for free and name an exact price before work starts. New clients get a discount on the first order.
Can you improve a bot another developer wrote?
Yes. We will dig into the existing code, fix what is broken and add the features you need. If a rewrite is cheaper, we will say so and explain why.
